Will Apple surprise? The iPhone 14 series will have a new design
Since the launch of the new iPhone 13 series, there has been a lot of practice with next year’s iPhone model, the iPhone 14 (iPhone 14). Popular tipstar John Prosser and analyst Ming-Chi Kuo have already unveiled the design and several other details of a possible iPhone series.
But now, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has added more speculation about the iPhone 14 in his Power On Newsletter. In fact, in the latest version of this newsletter, Gorman says that the upcoming Pro model iPhones will be completely redesigned. He also claims that Apple engineers are already working on larger displays.
What has been known about the iPhone 14 series before?
Most recently, popular Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo said that the upcoming iPhone 14 series will come with a new design. In this case, the notch will completely disappear from the iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max models of 2022 and they will have a punch-hole display, he said.
Meanwhile, while talking about the upcoming iPhone 14 lineup, Gurman mentioned that Apple is thinking of discontinuing the ‘iPhone Mini’ model this time.
As a result, a regular iPhone, an iPhone Max and two Pro models could most likely be seen in the next iPhone lineup. On the other hand, these phones are expected to have something new outside the conventional design.
Although Kuo thinks the US company’s first foldable iPhone could be launched in 2023, Gurman claims that it will take some more time for Apple to launch such a phone.
In that case, Apple’s entry into the marketable foldable device segment may be delayed until 2024. So all in all, the technology world is keeping an eye on the company’s next steps!
