Saudi Arabia bans direct fights from 7 countries

Saudi Arabia has once again banned direct flights from 7 countries where a new mutant of coronavirus is detected.
  • South Africa.
  • Namibia.
  • Botswana.
  • Zimbabwe.
  • Mozambique.
  • Lesotho.
  • Eswatini.

Now passengers arriving from the aforementioned 7 countries are required to spend 14 days in another country before entering Saudi Arabia.

The groups such as medical staff, diplomats, and teachers who are allowed to enter Saudi Arabia through a direct flight from these countries would be required to spend 5 days in institutional quarantine in Saudi Arabia.
