Neymar in practice, hopefully PSG

Neymar took a step forward on the way back to the team after recovering from injury. The PSG forward has returned to personal practice as part of a full recovery. Mauricio Pachettino, the team’s coach, said he was recovering faster than expected.

Neymar suffered a left-handed injury in the team’s 1-0 win over Connor on February 10, in the final leg of the French Cup. According to the club, it could take up to four weeks for the Brazilian star to recover.

Without him, PSG beat Barcelona 4-1 at home in the first leg of the last 16 of the Champions League. However, in the next match, the last champions lost 2-0 against Monaco at home on Sunday.

The 29-year-old Neymar started personal practice last Thursday. Pachettino told a news conference on Friday, the day before the Dijon match, that the team was happy with his recovery.

“He is following the rules given by the physician and the performance department.”

“Today he has practiced solo. Mentally she is in pretty good shape. We are happy. Everything is going well. He is on the way to recovery in the expected time. ”

PSG will play against Barcelona at home on March 10. For now, however, Pachettino’s team is facing the challenge of winning the match against Dijon.

Apart from Neymar, Pachelino will miss Anhel Di Maria, Leandro Pardes, Alessandro Florence, Marco Verratti and Mauro Icardi due to injuries against the bottom of the points table in the League One.

PSG is 4 points behind in the campaign to retain the league title. They are in the third place with 54 points in 26 matches. Lil is at the top with 56 points in an equal match. Leon, who is in the second place, has 55 points.
